I’ll take you on a half day journey to discover what exactly it is that motivates and fulfills you. Why is this important? Knowing what motivates you helps you get out of bed in the morning, excited about what you bring to the world. It also helps you bring alignment to what you do.
You still don’t know what your place in this world is. You are aware that there are some things you enjoy more than others, but you’re still looking for that “sweet spot”. I can help you get clarity on what truly motivates you, to set you on a path of fulfilment in what you do.

Find Your Why: Workshop
“Why Discovery for Teams”
This 3/4-day workshop helps teams articulate their common purpose, cause or belief. It helps them put into words what an organisation’s culture is like when it’s operating at its natural best.
There are too many cooks in the kitchen. Everyone has great ideas/vision on where the company/team should go but you feel the heart of the organisation is getting lost in the debate. I can facilitate a session to help your [leadership] team get on the same page about the vision and strategy of the company.

Career Mentoring
Coaching and mentoring in the form of hourly discussions in-person or via phone/video.
Coaching sessions can cover many career and interpersonal topics and take many formats. In this context, it typically falls along the lines of:
- Helping you think through and plan career growth and changes.
- Coach you on how to navigate difficult conversations with your boss, employer, colleagues or even friend/family.
- Help you understand your strengths so that you can better align your day-to-day work.
- Coach you on self- and social-awareness and then on how to positively act on this awareness.
- Assess and coach you on cultural intelligence and how it impacts your day-to-day work.
If you’ve got a lot of questions and thoughts about how to deal with day-to-day professional challenges, as well as career strategy and next steps, then I can help. I am an objective and unbiased sounding board, and I can help you think through those burning questions.
R350/30min or R650/hr
Cultural Intelligence (CQ)
Coaching and mentoring in the form of hourly discussions in-person or via phone/video.
You will complete an online assessment and receive a personalised feedback report that compares your CQ with worldwide norms. I will help you interpret the feedback, and guide you through a process of creating a personal development plan.
You work with a diverse team or you are on an international assignment in a culture that is unfamiliar to you. I will help you develop capabilities to work effectively across cultures.
Assessment packages:

• Faith-based: R350 – R840

If you ever wanted a summary of how I work, that’s it. An initial meeting or telephone call helps me understand your situation so that I can pull together a proposal that has clear objectives and timelines, tailored to your particular goals and challenges.
I find that generally, companies get the most benefit and the most staying power when I come alongside them on an ongoing monthly basis for an initial 6-month period. That said, various aspects of what I offer can be implemented on a project basis, as well as at a daily rate with on-site facilitation.
